At Fitfolk, every item is made to order to reduce waste and ensure quality. That means your gear is printed and packed especially for you before it ships.

🏭 Processing Time

All orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checking, and packing before shipment.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, delivery times vary by location:

UK: 3–7 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

International: 7–20 business days

So in total, most orders arrive within 5–15 business days from purchase.

📍 Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your Fitfolk gear every step of the way.

🌍 Customs & Delays

International orders may be subject to customs fees or delays that are outside of our control. We always do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Fitfolk isn’t responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
